Appointments and General Enquiries:
Please complete the online form (link below) via our website to submit a request for either an appointment or general enquiry:
Alternatively, If you come into the Practice or call us via the telephone, our Patient Service Team Member will complete a short template called an “eConsult Lite” for you. They will ask you to describe your symptoms and where you are experiencing these symptoms.
All forms will be sent to our triaging GP who will decide how to get you the best care. This may be an appointment with a GP, Nurse or Allied Health Professional, either on the same day or sometime in the future, or they may signpost you to another service, for example, a local pharmacist. Our Patient Services Team will contact you with the outcome of your request within 2 – 3 working days.
Our Navigation Team will clinically triage each request, with those most urgent prioritised This means that we can provide equal care to all our patients whether they contact the practice via our website, via our phone lines or if necessary, in person.

Cancelling appointments
When we previously offered pre-bookable appointments, some patients decided they no longer needed the appointment and failed to tell us beforehand. DNAs (did not attends) are a serious problem for the NHS. Research shows that around 13 million GP appointments and 6 million practice nurse appointments are missed each year. We do monitor repeat offenders and send warning letters and consequences may be a removal from the practice list. Unfortunately, there is little we can do for the loss of clinical time that these occurrences create so please ALWAYS cancel an appointment that is no longer needed.
