Appointments at the Practice

Appointments with the Midwife

You will be contacted by Buckinghamshire Healthcare Trust within 10 working days, if you have not heard after this time please call them on 01296 255780.

Crisis Home Assessment Team (CHAT)

The CHAT Team's role is assessing clients for practice colleagues for those clients unable to attend the surgery.

Home Visits

Home visits are for housebound patients and for those too ill to attend the surgery.
